Brendan Flynn, DO, FAAHPM, HMDC

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Flynn oversees the clinical operations for Blue Ridge Palliative Care Services, Blue Ridge Independence at Home, and Blue Ridge Hospice, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive medical care of the highest quality. Dr. Flynn is board-certified in Family Medicine as well as Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and has been practicing hospice and palliative medicine since 2005.

Anastasia Moore, MSN, RN, APRN, FNP-C

As Nurse Practitioner, Anastasia is a key part of our care team, working closely with our patients to manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
